Hello mrs. Streeter,

You simply need to upgrade to the most recent iPhone OS and our voicethis voice dialer will auto-dial as normal. This was an Apple bug with 3.0 OS and is fixed in later versions.

You can update for free via iTunes by syncing your iPhone with the computer and choosing "Check for updates".
